Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Que Cute Jewelry & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to USPS or your local delivery service to file a claim.

Damages & Issues
We inspect every order with care before shipping, but if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll take care of it ASAP.
