At Que Cute Jewelry & Co., we want you to love your purchase! We accept returns for unworn clothing items that have their original tags attached and are in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
Please note we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (the return period begins the day your package is marked as delivered).
Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins from the delivery date of the final package.

Important Details

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.
