All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Normal wear and tear

• Gift purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, approved claims will be resolved with a replacement item or store credit at the discretion of Que Cute Jewelry & Co. Refunds are not offered.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
